Common questions about 1:1 coaching
1:1 coaching is a more customized approach with nutrition and fitness targets specified for your goals- meeting you where you're currently app. The app is more of a laidback approach, still helping you meet your goals and a community group setting!
That depends. This isn't to gatekeep- it's because the program is truly customized to you. On average we work with our clients anywhere from 9 months to 2 years. (Some just never want to leave!)
That's the beauty of a 1:1 program- we meet you where you are! Our client base ranges from beginner to advanced, and everywhere in between. No matter where you are starting, we'll make sure the plan fits in YOUR life, not the other way around.
No! Just like for our app- our training programs are at-home friendly. We can create workouts that can truly be done with anything (or nothing at all) anywhere and any time !
This also, depends. We offer nutrition only as well as nutrition & fitness coaching. Cost depends on the services that are necessary to provide based on your goals and what we need to do to meet them!
